Thanks Phil. The workshop was a little less satisfying than I had hoped for me due to the lack of a projector but I think most who were there got enough from it.

Glenn Cardier is a monster talent - not sure if I caught him live in the 70s, although I do have at least one album on vinyl somewhere, but did catch him at Illawarra FF a couple of years ago & was so completely blown away that I promptly bought all his currently available CDs. He is, as Mike says, a songwriter/performer who just gets better & better with age.

Thanks David. I would love to come back. I too have a real affection for Glenn and Caroline - they are delightful people. And you're right about Glenn, he deserves a much bigger audience than he currently commands.

Thanks for your thoughts Mike. Lorna and I have loved your music since the 70's & still have the vinyl LP's. We spoke to you at the Merry Muse gig and then went to two of your concerts over Easter. Singing along to old favourites was a joy.
We were moved at the tribute you paid in the blog to Glen Cardier. Via the Festival Shop we have come to have a warm link to Glenn and Caroline. They spent a good deal of quiet time on the verandah of the Shop building. I love talking with him. It is a pity his talent is not more recognized.
Our tastes are similar. I too thought Battlefield Band, Harry Manx and April Verch were brilliant. Dry Bones was another highlight for me. Quite a few people have asked me to make sure we gat Harry Manx back.
It was great to have you at the Festival. I hope you too will come again.
